The Healthcare Communications Forum was dedicated to improving the effectiveness of the information that flows between payers, providers, and patients. Launched in 2005, it convened annually to help organizations better respond to ongoing shifts in the regulatory environment, the proliferation of health care products and plans, spiraling costs, and the move toward “consumer-driven health care.” As such, it has been the place to be for exclusive insights into management best practices and technology innovation.

This most recent Forum was held in Boston, MA, on November 5, 2007 at The Conference Center at Harvard Medical. The theme was Connecting Clarity and the Bottom Line, and scores of speakers and sponsors were on hand to share their experiences and to learn from each other.
