The Insight Award for Customer Advocacy in Healthcare

First presented in 2006, the Insight Award program honors healthcare communications initiatives that empower customers to make fully informed choices and successful purchase decisions. The judging criteria focus primarily on clarity and transparency, and initiatives encompassing all media types (print, Web, video, etc.) and geographies are welcome.
Follow in the footsteps of the last winner and finalists, all of whom were recognized for their excellent work at the 2007 Healthcare Communications Forum. Details about the next Award program will be made available as part of the rollout of the New Insight Forums. So please watch this space!
